Both Browns and Patriots blew it with lack of Jimmy Garoppolo trade on draft day

Maybe Cleveland should have offered more. Maybe New England should have accepted less. Either way, the Browns and Patriots missed a draft-day trade opportunity that would have been ideal for both.
