Mass. court dismisses lawsuit in death of ex-Tiger Mark Fidrych

An appeals court in Massachusetts has dismissed a lawsuit that claimed two companies were responsible for the accidental death of former MLB pitcher Mark Fidrych, The Associated Press reports.
